Our Little Racer:
He was so excited for the big race! There were so many racers, me included! No trophy this year - but we sure had fun running together. Lukas ran strong and hard and crossed that finish line after 1 complete mile.
Following the race, there was a carnival there at the school on the field. As room mom for Lukas' teacher, we were in charge of the fishing booth. Lukas and daddy did a great job helping those kids fish and win their prizes!
Of course, Lukas had to take a turn at all the fun! Nothing says fun like an old-fashioned potato sack race!
